Your role at ZEISS Digital Partners: You will play an essential role in expanding ZEISS Digital Partners unit and contribute to the success of the digital transformation at ZEISS. In this function you will work in a supportive, team-focused environment which enables the co-ideation and development of customer-centric digital products. Together with your team you will own the existing Customer Identity and Access Management solution (Azure AD B2C) used globally, across all ZEISS units and continue to improve it. You enjoy developing resilient software which is easy to maintain. You excel in being first contact for technical questions for other teams and helping them integrate our solutions into their projects, always having the bigger picture in mind and supporting your team in architectural decisions. You are an excellent team player, bringing in your experience and driving the team forward.   You have:

• at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
• excellent skills in software development with .NET
• a passion for automation
• experience with IAM with a good understanding of the OIDC / SAML specification
• experience in building cloud native systems on managed services on Microsoft Azure
• effective communication skills to easily navigate in corporate as well as “geeky / nerdy” environments
• fluent English language skills (written & spoken)
