We're looking for Java Developer with experience in Server-side (Cloud) software development, to join our team. This team develops, maintains and supports Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions & services, including Fusion Manage, Manage Extension for Fusion 360, and Upchain . As a cloud developer, you will be involved in efforts to deliver and support services, integrations, and REST APIs to meet the growing Data Management and PLM needs of our customers.ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively on an Agile scrum team and actively participate in all Agile ceremoniesUnderstand, embrace and promote Agile methodologies, principles, and valuesWork with your scrum team to deliver working software frequentlyProduce high quality, testable, secure, scalable, and performant codePractice continuous learning and actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions as a presenter and as an attendeeApply continuous attention to technical excellence and good design, resulting in a straightforward solution and reducing complexityDeliver work in a collaborative agile environment according to the quality standards and industry best practices (CI/CD, testing, documentation, automation, code reviews)Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsA proactive, accountable person with an understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile development practices/tooling, and a broad knowledge of full software development lifecycleCandidate should have clarity of Design Patterns, OOPS Principles, SOLID Principles and as well as in-depth understanding of design paradigms in Cloud ServicesShould be Passionate, adaptable, flexible, independent and self-motivated individual who take initiative and ownership of projects are desiredPreferred QualificationsStrong experience in Java and JVM-languages with experience in some of the followingExperience developing scalable microservices (Java, SpringBoot)Experience working with messaging brokers such as RabbitMQ or KafkaExperience working with AWS stack (EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda)Strong testing experience utilizing automated testing tools and frameworks such as Junit, Mockito and CucumberExperience working with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL)Experience implementing RESTful APIs (SpringBoot, GraphQL)Experience working with containers (Docker, K8s)Experience working with source code management and CI/CD platforms such as GitHub, Jenkins, CircleCIFamiliarity with Product Lifecycle Management concepts is a plusExperience with monitoring tools such as Splunk and New Relic is a plusAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
