What We’re Looking For

Experience with the Ruby on Rails web framework
Experience with APIs and REST applications
Experience with Git and version control
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and coding standards
Expertise in solving complex problems employing datastores such as MSSQL, MongoDB and MySQL, MSSQL
Comfortable working in a collaborative, agile work environment with frequent changes
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
Leadership experience is a plus

Your Responsibilities

Developing the architecture of Ruby on Rails web applications;
Developing and documenting new features and functionality across a range of web applications;
Writing tests to ensure proper functionality
Upgrading web application to newer versions Ruby and Ruby on Rails;
Develop and implement best practices for coding, testing, and debugging
Building interfaces and software that work with large datasets in SQL and No-SQL.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment
