Job Summary This supervisor is responsible for leading a team in designing, building, testing, and implanting custom software solutions. She/he delegates tasks, organizes, mentors, and motivates the development team to deliver custom enterprise solutions that secure, reliable, and scalable. Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Bachelor Degree Required Minimum Experience 3-5 Years Functional 5-7 Years Industry Essential Duties And Responsibilities Supervises, coordinates, coaches, mentors, and counsels staff activities to ensure achievement of assigned goals and objectives. Responsible for staff retention, performance, and developmental coaching Lead or participate in business process improvement efforts Responsible for key points of development life cycle, including code reviews and pull request approvals. Fosters a culture of continuous improvement. Works with business owners and stakeholders to solve complex application and integration related issues. This may require working with the Leads software and web development initiatives Responsible for building and maintaining points of integration between systems Other Responsibilities Strong development life cycle experience, including ideation, requirements, design, build, testing, implementation, and maintenance. Demonstrated expertise engaging project managers, business analysts, business resources, IT staff, and others outside of director team to deliver results 5 yrs. + of detailed technical experience w/ enterprise level software development & integration in a production environment, exp. with Microsoft .NET development platforms (C# preferred). Possess strong supervisory/ leadership capabilities with the ability to forge relationships within teams and across the enterprise Excellent prioritization, attention to detail, time management, problem solving skills, and commitment to quality and solution oriented service are required Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or as a team, and communicate with all levels of the organization professionally and tactfully Other duties and projects as assigned.
