These tasks are waiting for you: Building and leading a talented and consistent test team on your own responsibility Maintenance and further development of the web applications used in the area of "Customer Care & Support", no call center activity Development of efficient organizational structures for the "Testing & Application Development" area Permanent testing of the Conrad Connect platform, the newly implemented products/systems, services and features Setup and support of test installations Support with service description and documentation Identification of customer needs and evaluation of UX requirements Development of a knowledge database and development of training documents Conducting training courses Who we are looking for: Completed technical training or equivalent qualification At least three years management experience in testing, customer service, technical customer care or technical help desk High technical affinity and personal interest in IoT and Cloud technologies Dynamic and proactive way of working Healthy self-confidence and professional appearance Curious about changing customer and market situations High self-developed drive and operational Hands-on Mentality Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
