Job Description
We are seeking a highly-skilled Engineering Manager with proven experience and expertise in the technology sector as a Team Leader/Project Manager/Delivery Manager. You should be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator and an expert in technological development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering teams across the stream towards meeting the product and organization goals
- Work closely with Product Managers and UX Specialists to contribute to the overall product success
- Perform the necessary planning and monitoring activities
- Act as a mentor to team members, help them grow and develop
- Think strategically
Required skills and experience:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8 years of experience in a technological role.
- 2 years of managerial experience.
- Advanced technological skill set and a demonstrated history of working in the technology industry.
- Exceptional team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Ability to delegate efficiently.
- Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.
