Your responsibilities will be challenging and multifaceted: You will work independently on projects in the area of image processing and camera calibration (mono- and/or stereo camera) within driver assistance systems. You will assist us in detecting objects and obstacles. Furthermore, you will deal with the real-time tracking of detected objects and determining their position and speed (tracking). You will also contribute to the enhancement of various development and test tools.
Your profile will be as diverse as your responsibilities: You will have completed basic studies or 4 semesters of a Bachelor degree course in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics or physics. You will have gained your first proven, practical experience in the area of signal processing, ideally in the field of image processing. You will have a good knowledge of the programming language C++, which you will have already demonstrated. Further script languages (e.g. Python, Perl, R) would be an advantage.
