Hermes have an ever increasing portfolio of transformation projects, including a large scale cloud migration and internal system updates across both our Morley Head Office, our new Tech Hub in Leeds City Centre and our network of depots across the country. To support the timely and efficient delivery of these projects, we are looking for two Senior Project Managers to be based here at our Morley Head Office. This is a great opportunity for those of you that have a firm background in Project Management and have a good technical understanding. Main duties of the role will include:  Building relationships with key stakeholders and business areas, to best deliver projects and understand as is vs to be. Managing programme and project uncertainty, understanding impacts of this on programme/project and change deployment. Challenging and influencing stakeholder where necessary, facilitating discussions around recommendations and suggesting solutions where possible.  Responsible for full governance and management of core project documentation as per the current change framework. You will need to have a demonstrable track record delivering projects within an agile environment and advanced knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
