Job Description

YOUR TASKS:

  • You will be responsible for your work at the service desk and will actively participate in our service, which will be distributed throughout the entire team
  • You will be jointly responsible for the administration of the entire IT infrastructure including maintaining and troubleshooting
  • You take over the technical support for Windows 10 and macOS
  • You support the software deployment on Microsoft and Apple clients
  • You configure VoIP clients in our Avaya system
  • You contribute to the continuous improvement of the infrastructure and operational processes
  • You create technical documentation and reports

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You love technology and finding the cause of a problem
  • You have a high customer orientation and manage to inspire users
  • Ideally you have already worked with software deployment
  • You enjoy working in a team, take responsibility and create transparency
  • You love agile and independent work
  • You have very good German and English skills
