Description & Requirements Infor is looking for an experienced Java backend engineer to join the Infor Coleman development team. You will be involved in all aspects of software development and have room to grow professionally.  
A Day in The Life Typically Includes: As a principal software engineer, you’re responsible for delivering high-quality software. You will work within a multidisciplinary agile development team in close collaboration with other talented software engineers, QA engineers, architects, and business analysts. You determine your daily tasks in coordination with these colleagues, rather than waiting for work to be assigned to you. As principal, you will be responsible for your deliverables and also for cooperating with colleagues, promoting communication and knowledge sharing.  
Required skills:

• Extensive Java development experience and demonstrable understanding of Spring framework.
• Experience with Web Services development (RESTful APIs, SaaS).
• Considers and treats unit-testing as an intrinsic part of development.
• Experience with Java development tooling (Java 17+ SDK, Git, Maven, Gradle).
Experience with contemporary SDLC – Git Flow, merge requests, code review, CICD.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS cloud services (DynamoDB, KMS, OpenSearch, Kinesis, S3, SQS, Aurora, and others)
• SQL, GraphQL, Kotlin, Scala, Python
• SOLID programming, pair programming
• Kubernetes deployment, Docker images, AWS CLI
Architecture, data flow, and boundary diagrams Knowledge of Cloud application development and/or general cloud experience is a clear benefit.
