Youll support the delivery of award winning tools and services that cover everything from personal and small business banking as well as lending, mortgages, credit cards, payments, auto finance and investment advice. As a Scrum Master on the BA team for Business Banking IT, your role will be to: Ensure the team adheres to the Scrum Practices Create best practices for the agile teams Create an agile communication adoption strategy for technology and the business Implement test automation tools in an enterprise environment Motivate and coach the team Enable collaboration Remove impediments or issues Ensure team makes progress Work with the product owner Lead daily scrum and retrospective Translate technical user stories Lead story refinement Estimate and track sprint velocity Mange the sprints and sprint schedule As a Chase employee, youll be part of a company that makes a real difference every day for our customers, our communities and ourselves.
