With direct reference to our Product Owner & People Lead, you will join our Business Solutions department consisting of more than 25 committed, talented and diverse colleagues who work across countries from our HQ and offices around the world. More specifically, you will become a part of the Sales, Marketing & Customer Solutions team consisting of 6 colleagues that together are responsible for planning, designing, and driving Kamstrup’s business applications, including CMS, ERP CPQ, PLM, QMS, ServiceNow and several other applications. As a team, we are characterized by a shared passion for technical solutions and strong appreciation for knowledge sharing and having a collaborative approach to our tasks. We work within an agile framework, which means that we embrace iterative development processes and adapt quickly to the changing priorities of the organization.

A job focused on delivering customized CMS solutions
In this newly established role as our Frontend Web Developer, you'll have the opportunity apply your expertise in implementing Content Management Systems (CMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) solutions to drive projects forward and delivering exceptional solutions that meet the needs of our internal end users. Your focus will primarily be on the content management systems Sitecore XM Cloud and FUSE, where you'll play a key role in designing and implementing tailored solutions for the clients within Kamstrup and collaborating with development teams throughout the implementation to ensure seamless integrations.

More specifically, you will be:

• Working closely with the organization, you’ll be designing and delivering customized CMS solutions based on the Business’ needs
• Assisting our Businesses during the development and integration, this includes troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts
• Facilitating training sessions for end users on using Sitecore and/or FUSE, and documenting the implemented solutions

Personality matters
We imagine that you have a relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field combined with a proven track record of working with web development, CMS, and personalization solutions. You have hands-on experience in working on Sitecore and/or FUSE, and certification in any of the two are considered an advantage.

As a person you thrive in an outgoing role and naturally facilitate cross-functional collaboration while creating meaningful relationships with stakeholders. You have a problem-solving mindset and great communication skills that enables you to configure the right solutions for the clients and easily translate the technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, your structured and analytical approach supports you in reaching your targets and you do not compromise on the quality of your deliveries.

It is a requirement that you are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English.
