JOB SUMMARY The Oracle Cloud Business Analyst will be the key liaison between the business and IT by providing production support and implementing business process improvement through process definition and configuration of the Oracle Cloud applications. This role will be crucial to support global business operations by working closely with cross functional team members to understand and shape the overall business system landscape. MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Work with business users to gather requirements to document functional specifications and process flows Research and configure Oracle based on application capability and business requirements Promote user adoption by facilitating user acceptance testing and training Provide L3 and L4 end user support from root cause analysis through resolution Responsible for proactive action regarding quarterly updates, including researching known issues, testing key processes, and educating business SMEs on new functionality Work with management and business users to identify report gaps, design report specifications, and test developed reports Identify opportunities for improvements and enhancements to maximize the use of Oracle throughout the organization. Plan, create, and execute detailed task list based on high-level goals and objectives QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent work experience. EXPERIENCE 5+ ye ars of related business and/or IT experience 3+ years of business analyst experience 1+ years Oracle Cloud (SaaS / Fusion) experience Experience with Oracle Financials (Cloud/Fusion preferred, otherwise EBS) Application implementation experience Experience creating OTBI and FRS reports Project management or coordinator experience (preferred) Experience within Oil and Gas industry Experience working as part of a global team REQUIRED SKILLS Good organizational and presentation skills Knowledge of high-level procurement and supply chain business processes Knowledge of other business areas such as Sales and HR (preferred) Understanding of Systems Development Lifecycle Understanding of IT Change Management practices (preferred) Strong problem solving and analytical skills Ability to travel up to 10% WE OFFER You w ill be an important contributor in an exciting and dynamic environment Our people come from all over the world, hence we are looking for a colleague who will appreciate our diverse working environment US Citizen or Green Card holder with the ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
