Job SummaryRole DescriptionAs an IBM Bluemix Support specialist, you will be supporting the Watson Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings.Deploying new application releases and new clients on the IBM Bluemix Cloud Platform (Watson).Design system upgrades based on feedback from Continuous Delivery teams and Delivery Management.Set up software test environments, design and plan testing activity, and develop test cases/scenarios/use cases, execute required testingResponsible for server/network administration, security, firmware and systems upgrades, maintenance, installation and maintenance of custom solutions.Maintaining an extremely highly reliable and available infrastructure including designing system and software improvements and eliminating single points of failure.Proactively identify any issues and problems with the IT infrastructure or Virtual Agent environments that need immediate focus and resolution.Perform root cause analysis on observed issues. Leverage key resources across IBM to resolve issues.Work with the Delivery Network team, customers, and technology staff to accurately interpret requirements, specifications, and models to develop front-end and/or back end code for Virtual AgentResponsibilities and DutiesExperience2 years experience in supporting/ working on Cognitive services of IBM, Microsoft, Amazon Web Services (AWS), etc.Past experience with the IBM Watson platform - specifically the conversation productExperience working on chatbot projectsKey SkillsSkills Optimal candidates should possess real-world cloud management "deploy" and configure" experience for at least one of the leading market orchestration solutions in addition to expressing an innovative and "never fail" attitude. Experience with IBM Bluemix Cloud Platform and IBM Watson services Good understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Conversation Service (Intents, Entities, and Dialogs) Experience in Node.js programming, Knowledge of C#, Java, J2EE, DB2, NoSQL database/Cassandra preferred Understanding and implementation of REST APIs Ability to perform application log analysis - Knowledge of Kibana Knowledge of testing tools (Selenium, LoadImpact, etc.) Knowledge of ITIL Foundation Technical Expertise in trending DevOps including Kubernetes, Kafka streams Proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skillsRequired Experience and QualificationsQualificationExperience with Public Cloud Platforms (IBM Cloud - Bluemix, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services)Experience with IBM Watson servicesIBM Watson certified
