At a Glance:This role will sit within the Performance All Day (PAD) product management group, with a specific focus on Special Projects. You will apply your knowledge of key accounts and their ways of buying to implement product strategy to facilitate account segmentation. Your attention to detail, diligent work ethic and eagerness to learn will help grow and develop the Special Projects team and process.Your Team:As the Product Management team, we’re responsible for managing product creation to facilitating go-to-market efforts; concept to consumer. Our cross functional interaction is driven by a consumer-focused mindset to ensure we create a product line that sells in and through.Your Mission:You will work specifically on account focused special projects and will sit within the Special Projects PM team.Increase our industry knowledge by attending key retailer sell in meetings, trade shows, retails stores, market visits and partner with our internal teams on consumer insights.Work cross-functionally as a between our Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Supply Chain, Design teams and developers to deliver a unique product that speaks our brand’s voice and reflects our consumer’s needs.Be responsible for working with your team to validate and input critical product data.Align with the Product team in gathering all data and future trends that can be capitalised on within the Special Make Up range.Utilise your organisational skills to stay on top of sample tracking and coordination.Align with Development to track costing for footwear creation to make more informed decisions.Ensure full alignment with the go-to-market plan by partnering with our Development, Design, Sales & Marketing teams and participating to major presentations, milestones and launches.Your Story:3+ years of related experience in product line management within the footwear industry (preferably within lifestyle and performance). Experience in related fields will be considered a plus (retail, merchandising, product development & design).A higher education degree in Marketing, Product Management or any other related field.Demonstrated passion for the footwear and/or fashion industry.A knowledge of key retailers within the lifestyle footwear landscape.Proven capability in analysing sell in and sell out data.Strong organisational skills, ability to manage complex projects whilst sticking to critical timelines and deadlines.Entrepreneurial attitude, ambition and willingness to take on challenges.Demonstrated experience in working independently through strategic plans (with guidance).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.What we offer:We offer a dynamic, challenging and sportive environment that has been ranked as the ‘fastest growing sports company’ of its time.
