Transforming the Hearing Aid Industry!

 


We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Developer to join our agile teams, utilizing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology to deliver high value to our customers. Based at our headquarters in Smørum, near Copenhagen, you'll work in an informal yet innovative environment alongside an international team of 250+ colleagues across Denmark and Poland.

 


You'll play a crucial role in the development of our fitting software for hearing aids, working with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize features that meet our users' diverse needs. The fitting software is a complex .NET application running on Windows machines all around the world. An application that is increasingly integrating towards the cloud and moving towards utilizing machine learning technologies.

Joining us your key responsibilities will be:


 

  • Collaborate within an Agile/SAFe team environment to plan, design, develop, and test innovative software solutions.
  • Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, unit testing, and integration.
  • Work closely with product owners, scrum masters, and team members to refine product backlogs, define sprint goals, and deliver high-quality features.
  • Participate in PI Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with team goals.
  • Apply best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, source control management, build processes, and continuous integration.
  • Demonstrate commitment to delivering high quality software, applying SOLID principles, having a performance and testability mindset.

What we are looking for:

 


The ideal candidate possess the following professional skills:


 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • +5 years of experience from similar position.
  • Proven experience in .NET C# software development with front end experience.
  • Broad knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and products like Visual Studio, LINQ and XAML.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
  • Experience in developing software for medical devices or other regulated environments is advantageous.

 


To thrive in the position, you have great problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. You are used to working collaboratively in a team setting and have good interpersonal and communication skills.
