This role provides technical assistance to onsite and remote computer users, answers questions, and resolves computer issues in person, via telephone, or electronically. Requirements - Highly proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows software - 2+ years in a Help Desk environment - Great communication skills - A+ and Net+ certified Responsibilities - Oversee daily performance of computer systems. - Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, peripheral devices - Set up equipment for employee use, ensure proper installation of cables, operating systems, and appropriate software. - Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications. - Basic Windows server administration: Adding users, printers, and file share
