Job Description: Provide technical support, and maintenance support for government client site. Leverage beginner to intermediate knowledge in IT fields, including supporting Windows/MAC OS, VoIP, VTC, and collaboration technology support. Collaborate with other client and company organizations to provide technical support for internal systems, laptops and projects regarding UC technologies. Utilize the clients ticketing system to analyze and resolve client laptop connectivity, shared drives, conference room and various other IT aspects. Participate in training opportunities to learn new expertise, maintain a level of industry knowledge, and pass training on to others. Assist with occasional evening and weekend support.  Basic Qualifications:Must possess strong and effective written and oral communication skills to communicate information to technical and non-technical individuals or groups effectivelyMust possess strong Windows and MAC OS experience1+ years of experience in working with an enterprise ticketing systemProven ability to execute multiple tasks efficiently and effectivelyAS degree in Computer science, technical schooling or 1+ years of experience with supporting computers and various IT needs. Additional Qualifications:Ability to analyze technical data quickly and communicate with others to resolve issuesPossession of excellent customer service skillsTelecommunications CertificationsMust possess and exhibit a strong understanding of service delivery concepts and practices and quality assurance processes.Experience and desire to work in a team environment with other engineers.
