We have come this far thanks to a creative, innovative and international team, striving to improve day by day.Due to recent growth we are looking for a HEAD OF PROGRAMMATICS - B2B PRODUCTS to join our offices at Tiendeo headquarters, located at Pier01, one of the major technology hubs in Barcelona.The RoleYou will join an IT team of 90 professionals and lead the Programmatic Team of 15 people made up of Traders, Designers, Products owners, Business analysts and Developers.Lead the coordination for the campaigns’ activations by managing the campaign set-up, maintenance, optimization, and final reporting. You will ensure the health of accounts, spending budgets in full, while exceeding clients' KPIs.Define the team’s OKRs and manage them to exceed the goals at every quarter.Be part of the management committee and you will be key in defining Tiendeo's global strategy and its growth plan.Analyze and monitor monthly data to ensure the performance of the campaigns were met and provided valuable insights in order to surpass the clients' KPIs and identify key trends.Build new products to improve our proprietary Programmatic Platform using IA algorithms and automation to optimize the campaigns and create thousands of banners around each point of sales in a few clicks.Innovate disruptive solutions to improve the campaigns work hand by hand with our clients marketing teams.Support our sales team with deeper insights to work on new client wins and loyalty of existing clients, giving business recommendations based on solid analyzes. You will extract and deliver insightful findings for optimization purposes and client reports.Participate in the exponential growth of Tiendeo as we embark on our ambitious plans for expansion over the next 5 years, based on the launch of new products and services related to retail.How to succeed as our Head of Programmatics:You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Programmatics and Campaigns Management: you’ll be in charge of the entire department, so you will be responsible for all final decisions and for this you have to be able to work autonomously and lead the team. Your previous experience in DSPs, traffic and Big Data will be your best tool.You are an Engineer: You need a strong background in math and science skills. Also excellent critical thinking skills will allow you to evaluate each solution to determine which one has the best chance of working.You have strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams: Of course having the know-how does a lot of it, but to manage the team you will need to have some experience in organizing and driving people into the department's goals.You have the “hands-on” attitude and are not afraid to get your hands dirty and dive into a project to achieve success by problem-solving.You are a strong data-driven: You are able to analyze data, interpret, and communicate insights from multiple sources to make complex campaign optimizations and strategic recommendations.You have the ability to think outside the box and find solutions to problems: in Tiendeo we are constantly innovating to improve the products and experiences we offer our clients, and we are very fond of implementing new strategies to help us reach the best results.
