Requirements

The Role

We are happy to offer a 3-6 months project for a freelance E-Learning Architect & Designer with a strong background in corporate training who can convert our corporate training course into an effective e-learning modules that will facilitate our staff with the skills needed for the most efficient employee performance. We need the one who can create interactive learning objects using development tools like Storyline.

Location: Europe/Russia (remote)

Reporting to: Head of Learning & Development

Essential Skills

University degree
Fluent English & Russian (oral and written)
Experience with similar projects (pls provide the portfolio of completed projects)
Customer facing experience
Course design, course production in learning management systems (Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle, D2L), storyboarding, script writing, Articulate Storyline, graphic design, web development and project management software. We work with crossknowledge platform
“Design & Build” mindset
Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
High degree of emotional intelligence and service-orientation
