Some engineers focus on the foundations that let teams move fast. Others focus on the logic that keeps payments safe and compliant. Both are critical. Both need strong backend engineers.Were hiring Software Engineers to join different teams across Platform and FinTech Risk. You might work on internal platforms that enable teams to deploy faster, or on systems that decide how money flows safely through Mews. Your mission, should you choose to accept it:Build backend services in C# and .NET running on AzureOwn features end-to-end, from design to productionWork on systems that are critical for performance, reliability or complianceCollaborate with product, platform, security or compliance teamsImprove systems over time, not just ship new featuresSupport production systems and learn from real incidents Youll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:Strong backend experience with C# and .NETAround 35 years of experience building real production systemsComfort working in cloud environments (Azure, AWS or GCP)Experience owning features, not just tasksInterest in either platform engineering or fintech/risk systemsAbility to balance speed with quality, reliability and clarityComfortable working in English in cross-functional teams Good to knowWere hiring this profile across multiple teams.
