To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:• 2 years + experience of managing technical support processes;• English and German language knowledge;
• Strong analytical, and design skills;
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in team;
• Willingness to travel;
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
