WHAT IS THIS ROLE LIKE?

As the Fullstack Software Engineer, you will join our R&D team of 14 tech professionals. After obtaining a comprehensive introduction to the overall software architecture of the product and the recruitment industry, you will act as a bridge between our customer-facing support team and the software engineering team.

Your key objectives will be to ensure the smooth functioning of the product and to enhance overall customer satisfaction. While working closely with the customer support team, you will put to use your problem-solving skills to debug issues and create robust, scalable fixes. Your responsibilities will include writing efficient, reusable, and reliable code on both the frontend and backend sides, analyzing and resolving complex technical issues, updating and maintaining databases, implementing optimizations for speed and scalability, and developing APIs.

To excel in this role, strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you'll be interacting with various teams and customers of varying technical expertise levels. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to evolving technologies is required to succeed in this role.

IDEAL PROFILE

• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)

• A degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or a closely related fields

• 3-5 years of relevant or transferrable experience from work as a software developer, technical consultant, technical support engineer or site reliability engineer

• Proficiency in using Python programming language

• Good understanding of RDBMS, e.g. PostgreSQL

• Experience with Cloud Environments (e.g. Google, Cloud, Azure or Amazon)

• Advanced mathematical and logical capabilities

• Ability to convey ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work in close collaboration with others

• Resilience and flexibility to adjust to a rapidly evolving business environment

• Proactive attitude in terms of learning continuously and improving one's work environment

The following requirements are valued but not a must:

• Front-end development capabilities using React.js or similar JS libraries

• Communication skills in Finnish (both verbal and written)

• Previous experience in developing HR-related systems and/or knowledge of the recruitment industry

This is a full-time and permanent position with TalentAdore Oy. The employment relationship will be initiated at your earliest possible start date.

Our initial salary ranges for different seniority levels are as follows: Mid-level professional 3200-4200 €/month, Senior professional 4000-5000 €/month, Lead professional 4800-5800 €/month. The salary will be determined based on your skills and experience.

After the initial 6 months, you will be eligible to participate in the Employee Incentive Program, allowing you to purchase shares and providing a unique earning opportunity.
