Bizzabo is landing in Europe! We are excited to be opening a new Bizzabo office in Kyiv and we are looking to hire the pioneering team to join and lead the way. If you are passionate about building, shaping, and bringing a part of a brand new team to a brand new Bizzabo site- this is the chance to do so.

Web development is essential to our success and we strive to build interfaces that are simple and delightful. We take great pride in our work and believe in experimenting, finding and implementing the best solutions. We do our best to keep up with the times and advance to better tools and frameworks.

We are React based, with the react ecosystem, nextjs, and mobile with React-Native. We use lerna and changesets for the management of our libraries.

Bizzabo is the only event success platform for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. Bizzabo’s all-in-one event software helps companies measure, manage, and scale events towards key business outcomes—empowering every organizer, marketer, exhibitor, and attendee to unleash the power of professional events. Bizzabo powers events for brands like Forbes, HubSpot’s INBOUND, Dow Jones, Gainsight, Uber, Bank of Ireland, and Electronic Arts. The company was founded by Boaz Katz, Alon Alroy, and Eran Ben-Shushan, and has more than 100 employees in its New York and Tel-Aviv offices.

Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Be part of R&D, running the software development methodologies and processes, from designing, all the way to the implementation and monitoring
Contribute your analytical abilities and enthusiasm for research and provide solutions to challenging problems. Our web developers work end-to-end, both on the frontend and backend (node.js) development
Improve the architecture, design, and implementation of the web applications
Develop and test infrastructure, ensure high performance, and follow agile development methodologies

WHAT YOU HAVE

2+ years of experience with ReactJS
Experience working with RESTful web services and working with 3rd party APIs such as Zapier, Salesforce, Slack
Experience with Node.js for server-side development
Experience in developing responsive UI
High level of English- both written and verbal.

WHAT WOULD BE A BONUS

Passionate about learning new technologies and improving your skills
Contributing to an open-source
Experience with TDD or a testing culture
Computer science degree from a leading institute
