New automotive project is looking for an experienced Senior Developer for Browser project. As a Senior Software Engineer in an agile team, you will develop features as well as design, document, implement, integrate and test your code. Development will typically have C++ focus and make use of modern tools, technologies, engineering practices and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Help in drive architectural direction and decisions
- Develop components\classes according to the agreed architecture
- Working closely with Development Team, Product Owner and Scrum Master to deliver high quality software on time
- Participation in peer reviews, estimation, and other engineering activities
- Mentor and assist other engineers in or out of your areas of ownership and expertise
- Contribute towards continual improvement of organizational products and processes
Skills
Must have
- Upper Intermediate level of English;
- 8+ years' engineering experience
- 2+ years' experience in automotive
- Embedded Linux Programming (C++)
- Strong C++ 17 knowledge, including templates and exceptions
- Experience with version control and CI/CD
- Proficiency in problem solving and troubleshooting technical issues
- Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Personal initiative, commitment, perseverance and resilience
- Well-developed communication and teamwork skills
- Aspiration to engineering excellence
Nice to have
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience with Browser
- Experience with Bluetooth, USB, Wi-Fi
- Experience with Yocto
- Experience with git, Jenkins, Jira
- Experience with in-vehicle infotainment systems
- Knowledge and insight into ASPICE
