ABOUT THE JOB
- Be part of a team that builds expertise on the containerization and Kubernetes integration of Software AG products
- Actively participate in all aspects of development process - architecture, implementation and support of the products developed in the team
- Work on defining and implementing the CI/CD process of Software AG products for the cloud
- Work with public cloud service providers as AWS, Azure to deploy Software AG products
- Proactively supporting, contributing and improving ongoing processes, tools and activities
- Participating in internal team education and knowledge sharing sessions
ABOUT YOU
- 2+ years of Java experience and a very good understanding of OOP principles
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
- Understanding and/or experience of developing 12 factor applications
- Basic knowledge of the services for any of AWS, Azure
- Experience with CI/CD systems and automation implementation
- Knowledge of Git and working experience with Bitbucket or alike
- Very good communication and knowledge-sharing skills
- Fluency in English and sound e-mail writing skills
- IT related university degree
Any of the following will be considered a plus:
- Spring/Spring Boot
- REST
- Gradle and groovy
- Go
