We are currently looking for a Technical Support/Coordinator to join our team in Varna. As part of this team you will have an exciting opportunity to be involved in the full project lifecycle. You will coordinate software development projects and support internal and external teams with support queries.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects with web/application developers, product owners and business managers, analyse queries and provide logical solutions;
  • Elicit requirements using Interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
  • Successfully engage in multiple project simultaneously ensuring all are delivered to the highest quality.
  • Consult with developers to determine their requirements relating to the preparation and submission of WEB/CRM development requests;
  • Receive and log all requests related to WEB/CRM system changes in an organized and transparent manner;
  • Development of both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Record all requests and tasks to ensure projects tracking and timely completion as per agreement with the management
  • Creates manuals based on the documented systems and updates these manuals as per any changes;
