About the Job
  As a DevOps Developer, your work will contribute to a global organization supporting people and business. Together with your international team, you will take over end-to-end ownership for various business applications, contribute to world-wide rollouts and guarantee stable solutions. You will be allocated to development or production activities, collaborating closely with the agile development teams to take end-to-end responsibility of our environments, infrastructure and platforms. In addition, you will ensure operational availability of our systems, improve the incident, problem and change management processes for our stages. System, database and network administration tasks will be handled by you in order to guarantee frictionless operations. You will design and improve our CI/CD pipelines, automate the repetitive operational tasks on all levels, and work with our developers to guarantee stable environments and provide fault-tolerant and high-reliable solutions. You will drive cloud adoption, work on the containerization of our applications and configure and maintain container orchestration environments. You will take end-to-end responsibility of our platforms and infrastructure and work closely with developers to reduce and automate the daily toil.
  What you do

• Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
• Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
• Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the bugs
• Liaise with customer and project stakeholders to improve the project set-up and remediate issues or outages.
• Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management
• Provide incident management and root cause analysis
• Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipelines (CI/CD Pipelines)
• Help create and maintain internal documentation. Learn new things continuously, apply the industry best practices and follow the industry trends. Mentoring and guiding the team members

  What you bring

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or equivalent professional experience
• Open personality with proven communication skills in spoken and written form (English)
• Customer-oriented with the ability to receive and use constructive criticism
• Awareness of DevOps and Agile principles
• Prior experience at all phases of the software product life cycle, from conception to decommission
• Experience using an array of automation, monitoring and log analytics tools for infrastructure and application layers
• Familiarity with software security methods
• A plus is experience with Microsoft Azure, especially Synapse and/or PowerBI
