You will be responsible for your work at the service desk and will actively participate in our service, which will be distributed throughout the entire team
You will be jointly responsible for the administration of the entire IT infrastructure including maintaining and troubleshooting
You take over the technical support for Windows 10 and macOS
You support the software deployment on Microsoft and Apple clients
You configure VoIP clients in our Avaya system
You contribute to the continuous improvement of the infrastructure and operational processes
You create technical documentation and reports
