Highly technical person who will interact with customers on a daily basis performing technical tasks involving multiple platforms and gateways as well as assisting on Company wide group level projects. Person will also be asked to troubleshoot employee issues with computers/network and will be expected to interact with Group level IT in order to solve these issues.
