Your Role

SaaS Job Description

You will work on development and maintaining our microservices based cloud service, which is responsible for gathering data from the client app and storing data in the database.

A long story short, we have client and server. Application, which sends metrics (data) collected by own plugins, to our cloud. Plugins are responsible for gathering metadata from services (like Apache, etc). Later data are stored and presented in nice form to the end user. We have designed and code our services from the scratch in Krakow Office (client, and cloud part). The biggest value for us is the flexibility.

• You and your team will be responsible for the entire development process, from prototyping to development, testing and deployment
• You will be part of an agile team that writes code, test it, takes care of its high quality and maintenance
• We will be helping you and you will be helping others to grow technical and soft skills
• You will cooperate with other teams, in international environment, to ensure product and organization goals are met
• You will be leading your team to implement features according to design
• You will be guiding your team to follow best practices and keep standards

Qualifications

Your Experience:

• Some Go skill - alternatively minimum 1y commercial experience in some other programing language (Python, Java, C#, C++, C) & strong willingness to learn Go
• Basic knowledge about developing distributed systems or SaaS
• Basic knowledge about AWS, Docker, K&S and Redis
• Basic knowledge about Linux
• Experience with some relational and non-relational databases (like MySQL, Aurora, MongoDB)
• General knowledge of Software Development processes and procedures
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly
• Experience with SCRUM
