The EU Senior IT Administrator is an important member to the IT team and Taulia’s overall success. You are a people person, techie, and a challenge seeker. Nothing fazes you but challenges motivate you; you can accomplish anything with your determination and resourcefulness. You enjoy helping end-users, peers, and supervisors resolve their requests and projects ranging from computer issues to network upgrades. You will have the opportunity to travel to one of our remote offices in California, Utah, Texas, New Orleans, Germany, UK, and Bulgaria.

This is an EU Sr. IT Administrator position with great potential career growth.
Working side-by-side with our current Jr. IT Support Specialist, in Bulgaria, and 4 other IT members in the United States, to provide extensive support for our end-users, European focused while also supporting North America, via our JIRA ticketing system.
Resolve IT issues for employees both onsite and remote across 8 offices, supporting 300+ end-users
On-boarding new employees:
New accounts in various systems such as Active Directory, Single Sign-On, Email accounts, etc.
Security: ensure that new and existing employees have the proper security groups and access.
Hardware: procure and shipment of laptops, desktops, VoIP phones, printers, etc.
IT training for new and existing employees
Accounts: deactivate all accounts
Security: revoke all security groups and access
Hardware: recovery and refurbish company assets
Manage our internal Palo Alto Networks Firewalls and Meraki LAN/WiFi infrastructure in all offices, monitoring and optimizing system performance
Acquire, install, maintain, upgrade, and configure company-wide systems and programs as needed to support the needs of the organization
Set standards and policies related to IT assets, data usage, privacy, and security
Provision equipment (laptops, accessories, etc.) for new hires, and configuring equipment, and providing first-day support and guidance on devices and systems
Ability to manage multiple projects while still keeping an eye on the details
Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Customer Service oriented mindset willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and productivity.
Ability to work well with fellow team members, employees, as well as independently.
2+ years of working extensively with MacOS as Taulia is a 95% MacOX company.
2+ years experience with SAML/Single Sign-On service (Okta, OneLogin, Centrify, Bitium, etc.)
5+ year experience with Cloud Services (Google Apps, Salesforce, Box, Slack, etc.)
5+ level knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and VPN
4+ years experience with MDM solutions (JAMF, AirWatch, Mac OSX Server, etc.)
5+ years’ experience building, operating, and troubleshooting complex network environments with sensitive customer data.
